Formed in 1999, our practice has developed a strong track record in housing, schools, early childhood centres, commercial and medical facilities. Most of our clients are owners or end users, and many of our projects are repeat commissions. Our portfolio demonstrates our commitment to excellent design, innovation, and sustainability.
The practice is led by Principals Callum McKenzie and Mark McMillan, both of whom are deeply involved in our day to day project work. Our work is always underpinned with a technical rigour and a commitment to good process that keeps design excellence at its core.
Our design processes focus on collaboration and communication. We listen carefully to our clients, but will also challenge their expectations, to really understand - not just what they want, but why they want it - to ensure the best possible design outcome.
We create thoughtful, relevant built environments that bring value and delight to clients, others who use them, and the wider community they inhabit. As a result our work has received commendation and recognition across a number of awards programmes.
