For the last 10 years we have been providing specialist building remediation services through our subsidiary company Resolve it Architects (RIA). Since its inception in 2014 RIA has completed over 150 weathertightness remediation projects, with around a third of these being complex multi-unit buildings.
We have recently made the decision that there would be significant benefit for both our staff and our clients to bring these services back into the McKenzie Higham branded offering, and so of 1 April 2024 RIA is no longer trading.
Rest assured that the skills and experience that our talented remediation team - Mark Ansell, Cristina Pop and Nikola Aleksic - have developed over those years are still here and continuing to work in this challenging but important space. Bringing this work back within MHA will allow our team better opportunities to engage their skills within our broader portfolio of work and will broaden the existing range of technical skills across the MHA team.
Mark Ansell becomes a Senior Associate in MHA and will continue to lead our remediation services.
