RESENE TOTAL COLOUR AWARDS WINNER!

McKenzie Higham has won a Resene Total Colour Awards for 2018 for our work at Wellington Girls’ College, an inner-city school just a few minutes’ walk from the Beehive.

With nine different buildings and two gymnasiums across 2.5 hectares, a wayfinding design was much needed. Working in collaboration with the school and with Graphic Designer Neil Pardington, the solution was to create ‘identity’ colours for the buildings or building uses so that people could easily find them.

Connecting through colour, the scheme for the buildings unifies the large campus providing a much more vibrant exciting learning environment - and hopefully less lost students!
